How WL Support Works

From this moment on, EVERY prospect/client you have MUST have a client code in order to receive support from my team.
You will be able to log into the system and add new prospects/clients. Your prospects/clients MUST be in the system in order for us to support them in your behalf. If they are not in there, then we cannot help them.
With the SCM, you will also be able to add sales reps.
These sales reps will then also be able to enter prospect/client data in your behalf so you don’t have to. You’ll be able to know how many prospects/clients each sales rep talked to. Your sales reps (and yourself) will be able to upload audio recordings or anything else to help. Such as the notes taken or agreements, etc.
